Products and suitable use
Review each listing before ordering. Smart home products can have specific voltage, plug, network, operating-system, placement, or app requirements. A connection type, integration, subscription, or accessory is included only when the listing expressly states it. Use products according to their instructions and within their stated limits.
Prices and payment
The checkout displays the order currency, product price, shipping charge, and applicable taxes collected by us before payment. Any separately payable import charges will be explained where applicable. Discounts apply only under their stated conditions. Changes to future prices do not alter an already accepted order.
Order acceptance and availability
An order acknowledgment confirms that your order was received; acceptance occurs when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Orders remain subject to availability and payment authorization. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material listing error, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted price without your agreement; canceled, paid items will be refunded.
Changes, delivery, and returns
Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation before dispatch. We will confirm whether the request can still be completed. Shipment estimates and any delay options are explained in our Shipping Policy. Return requests follow our Return & Refund Policy, including a 30-day request period for eligible change-of-mind returns.
Product support and remedies
Report an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help, but do not continue using an unsafe device to collect evidence. Any commercial warranty applies only if expressly stated for the product. Your statutory remedies remain available independently of a commercial warranty.
Fair application of these terms
These terms apply to the order terms presented when you purchase. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, and no provision limits mandatory consumer protections.
